Chinese Word Seek Puzzles

I’ve been creating Chinese Bingo games and word search puzzles for my students for some time now. But the games and puzzles I’ve been creating are all specific to the Chinese lessons I was teaching at the time, and are very limited in terms of scope and depth.

I recently started to surf many Chinese language sites, and realized that my own Chinese vocabulary need some boost. It gave me idea to create Chinese word seek puzzles.

I wish you enjoy it as much as I do.

We’ve completed Flying with Chinese KB Lesson 3 春天来了 this week. Here is the homework for this week. Next week, we’ll learn Lesson 4 平平不见了and Lesson 5 夏天来了.

1. Review the vocabulary List for Lesson 3 春天来了.

2. Read Lesson 3 夏天来了. Then answer the following questions:

• How do you talk about the weather in spring?
• What do you use to 闻花香？
• What do you use to 听鸟叫？
• What does hanzi “雨”mean, and how do you pronounce it?

5. KB Flying With Chinese – Lesson 3 “春天来了”

6. I can do these things in Chinese:

• talk about the weather in spring

• recite the poem “” with the class
